Hours, Fees and Subsidies
Out of School Programme: 2.40pm - 5.30 pm Monday to Friday during School Term.
Holiday Programme - 8.30am - 4.30 pm Monday to Friday for 9 weeks (out of 13) of the School Holidays.
FEE STRUCTURE

There will be a flat rate of $7 per child per day for Afterschool Care.

Daily casual fees are also $7 per child - you must book at least 1 day in advance to be sure of a place as there is a maximum of 20 children per day.

Holiday Programme fees are $10 per day per child.
Fees are to be paid to the Programme Co-ordinator by Friday the week before the booking and daily casuals to be paid each day of session utilised.
Casual attendance can be arranged through phoning the Co-ordinator no later than 6pm the evening prior to attendance
OSCAR SUBSIDY
The Oscar subsidy rates are for financial assistance for families with children aged 5 to 13 years. It helps towards the cost of the out of school care programme up to 20 hours per week and the school holiday programme up to 50 hours per week.
The subsidy is part of the Working for Families package which is delivered by Work and Income and Inland Revenue in a bid to make it easier to work and raise a family. The subsidy is only available if your child is attending a service that has CYF Approval for OSCAR Services which we are in the process of gaining.
Parents and caregivers can apply for the OSCAR Subsidy if they are in paid work (part time, full time, casual or short term), work night shifts, are training, are doing another work-related activity, are seriously ill or disabled, or have a child with a disability.
The amount of assistance you can get depends on the number of children in your family and the amount of income you receive.
